  1. Tayra are large weasels that hunt for eggs, lizards, and any other small game opportunistically. Shy around dwellings, where noisy or sick domestic pets endanger their lives and environmental disturbances upset the balance it is rarer to see them unfortunately. Human behaviour modifications to align with biological imperatives should take into serious consideration how these upsets affect humans negatively in the short and long run. A weasels health issues relate more to our health issues than we formerly believed.
